What do our Trade Skills Mentors do?
Our core team of Lead Mentors play a key role in site management and delivering our projects on-the-ground. They work alongside other Support and local Volunteer Mentors, who help guide our young volunteers through their activities and help boost their confidence and ambition through conversation, by working on the project together.
