We challenge young people to learn trade and employability skills by helping to fix local community spaces and places in need of essential repairs and improvements.
We work with people who are disengaged or excluded from mainstream education and training, at risk of disengagement, and/or unemployed.
Our young people are mentored by professional tradespeople and can gain Entry Level City & Guilds accreditations, as well as access to further training, work-readiness and employment opportunities.
Our work in sport
We’ve been making places and spaces for sport and physical activity more inclusive and sustainable for the future since 2011 – working with a range of cross-sector partners, including brand sponsors like Barclays, Continental and Toolstation, to do so.
Our work with local authorities & councils
Through national programmes including the UK Shared Prosperity Fund and Know Your Neighbourhood, to regional skills and community funds, we deliver ‘People’ and ‘Place’ outcomes for over 30 local authorities and councils in England and Wales.
Our work in crime
Boosting skills and employability for young people involved in or at risk of crime, in collaboration with others tackling crime and anti-social behaviour to build stronger, safer communities.
